🌐 Shipping Policy

Shipping leggings shouldn’t break the bank We aim to balance speed of shipping, customer satisfaction with the shipping, and cost of the sending you your premium leggings.

As of March 2017, we have opened up shipping to global customers; you can buy Leggings no matter where you are in the world. Some general dates to keep in mind…

Throughout 2017 and 2018, will be trying various shipping providers to ensure you get your leggings fast, and at an affordable shipping rate. If you have a return, see our FAQ below for next steps.

Which countries does sell in?

All of them.

Leggings are for everyone and we have opened up shipping to all countries around the globe. All prices are in USD and will be converted to your local currency with your credit card provider.

Please note: due to international trade embargoes, we are unable to sell to Cuba, North Korea, or Iran. While Cuba and Iran might be available soon (depending on political climate), we cannot forsee a North Korea coming to international markets anytime soon.

Who handles shipping?

We are still experimenting with various shipping services. We try to make use of shipping providers that provide tracking numbers.

Currently shipping is done through FedEx Ground, FedEx Express Saver, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS International with Tracking.

What are my payment options?

All payments are processed by Stripe and their supported credit cards. Bitcoins interest us but we aren’t in a position to roll out support for them quite yet. Let us know if you’d like to be notified when we do start to support Bitcoins.

How does handle returns?

If you wish to return the order, you can ship the order back to the address it came from. We typically don’t provide pre-paid shipping for returns but in some cases would process a partial refund to help cover the return shipping costs.

However, in the event your product arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us via email and we’ll be able to set things straight. We take our quality of product very seriously and would like to fix any issue you run into with our leggings. Apologies for any inconvenience.

I'm having troubles at checkout. What can I do?

Try a couple different, sometimes quick fixes, such as…

  • using a different browser;
  • restaring your computer;
  • using a smart phone instead;
  • clearing any local cached files

These are a handful of methods to get your ordering processed quickly. In the event your problems persist, be sure to email us with any important details such as time, any error messages, store behaviour, etc.

My order arrived but the leggings are ripped or damaged! WTF!

Oh damn. These kinds of things can happen and we are working on improving our quality control all the time. Please contact us with your order number and we’ll be sure to get this all straightened out as soon as possible.
